Quick start
Host your first tender, or place your first bid.
Hosting a tender
Switch to your business seat
Hosting is a business action — a personal or sales-agent seat cannot host. See Acting contexts.
Write the scope before talking to suppliers
Once a supplier has helped write the requirement, the requirement describes that supplier. Where the work is measurable, a bill of quantities makes bids genuinely comparable.
Set eligibility rules
Turnover, experience, registrations, certifications. The platform enforces them: a business that does not meet them cannot bid. Set them to the work, not to a preferred vendor — everyone can read the document.
Define the bid structure
What bidders must submit. This is what makes bids arrive comparable instead of as documents you normalise by hand.
Publish
Hosting costs nothing. Bidders spend credits, which is what keeps speculative bids out.
Compare and award
Contact details are revealed on acceptance. The award and what followed are recorded against both businesses.
Placing a bid
Complete KYC
and check you meet the tender's eligibility rules.
Read the scope properly
A bid far below the others usually means the bidder read it differently — and that bidder is often the one who wins and then argues.
Expect to be compared on structure
Because the host defined the bid format, the differences between bids are real differences, not formatting.
Deciding what to run
If the specification is settled and only price is open, that is an RFQ and an enquiry may serve better. A tender earns its structure when several credible suppliers exist and the decision has to be defensible later.
Introduction
Host a tender with your own eligibility rules, receive comparable credit-backed bids from verified businesses, and award it with the decision on record.
