Quick start

Publish a service signal a buyer can assess without a discovery call.

Verify the business

Publishing needs a verified business seat.

Define scope by both edges

State what is included and, explicitly, what is not. The exclusions are what stop a fixed-price engagement becoming an argument.

State the engagement model

Fixed price, time and materials, retainer, per-unit. A buyer comparing three providers on different models is not comparing.

Be concrete about delivery

On-site, remote, hybrid; geography covered; typical timeline; who actually does the work — the team, not the salesperson.

Add the SAC code

It sets the GST treatment. If your engagement mixes goods and services, the composite-vs-mixed supply question changes the rate on the whole contract, so it is worth stating up front.

Publish

Moderation reviews it. Later edits keep the current version live while under review.

After it is live

Enquiries arrive with the requirement attached. Accepting reveals contact details and assigns a point of contact. Rejecting is free — and a fast no beats a slow silence, which refunds the sender and marks your response score.
