Quick start
Publish a product signal that a buyer can act on without calling you first.
Verify the business
Publishing requires a verified business seat. See Verification and KYC.
Write the specification, not the pitch
"High quality industrial pump" is not a specification. Flow rate, head, material, power, standards and certifications are. The test: could a buyer price this without contacting you?
Add classification
HSN code where you know it. It determines the tax rate, and a buyer comparing landed cost needs it.
Set variants deliberately
Variants are configurations of the same product, not a dumping ground for unrelated items. Each should be something a buyer would choose between.
State the commercial context
MOQ, lead time, and where relevant Incoterms. A buyer who discovers your minimum order after enquiring is a buyer who wasted both your credits.
Publish, and expect moderation
First publish is reviewed. Later edits are too — and your current version stays live while that happens.
After it is live
Enquiries arrive with the requirement attached. Accepting costs credits and reveals contact details; rejecting is free. Keep credits available — an empty wallet means enquiries expire while you look at them.
Introduction
Structured product listings with specifications, variants and buying context — moderated, with the last approved version staying live while edits are reviewed.
What a signal carries
The fields that make a product listing answerable — category, specifications, media, documents, warranty and returns — and which of them decide whether a buyer enquires or scrolls past.
