Tiers and signing up
How sponsorship tiers are presented, what to read in each one, and the sign-up flow from expressing interest to a confirmed sponsorship.
How tiers are presented
The organiser defines the ladder — commonly title, platinum, gold, silver, associate, though the names are theirs. Each tier states its price and what it includes as structured terms rather than a paragraph in a PDF.
That means what you are buying is comparable across shows instead of being prose you have to interpret and then argue about later.
Reading a tier
What is bundled
Booth space, passes, hospitality. Often the largest real value in the tier.
What is exclusive
Whether your category is locked, and how that category is defined.
What is scheduled
Speaking slots, and where they sit in the programme.
What is visible
Branding placements, and their prominence relative to other tiers.
Compare the gap, not the price
If gold gets almost everything platinum does, platinum is not worth the difference. The question is what the next tier down does not get.
Signing up
Your details
Who you are and what you are looking for from the show.
Choose a tier
From the ladder the organiser published, with what each includes.
Create your account
Only at this point — the tiers are visible before it.
Verify the business
Consent if you are already verified on Bidancer; otherwise handled inside the flow.
Pay
Into the organiser's own account. Bidancer takes no commission on sponsorship.
Confirmed
Listed by tier, passes issued, entitlements live.
The early steps are open, so you can see tiers and start without an account, and what you filled in follows you when you sign up.
Verification cuts both ways
Sponsors are verified like every other participant. That is not only the organiser checking you — it is also why the show you are putting your name against is not selling a tier alongside an unverified counterparty.
For a business already verified on Bidancer it is a consent step rather than another document pack.
After you are confirmed
- Your logo and entry appear in the public sponsor directory, grouped by tier
- Your pass allocation is issued
- Your view of the show opens, with messages to the organiser
- If the tier bundles floor space, the booth surfaces open too
Before the show
After the show
Give the organiser your feedback. Whether the entitlements landed as sold — the signage, the speaking slot, the visibility you paid for — is worth saying while it is fresh, and submitting it earns credits back into your wallet. See Costs.
