Trade Shows
Run a trade show end to end — website, floor plan, booths, exhibitors, sponsors, passes and check-in — with payments settling into your own account and no commission taken.
A market presence tool. This is how you show up in person. The other families are market signals — how you get found — and connect & procure, which is what happens after.
This is the largest tool on Bidancer, and the only one where the platform runs an operation rather than hosting an exchange. An organiser builds and runs a show; exhibitors, sponsors and visitors each get their own seat in it.
Four seats
Organiser
Runs the show. The floor, the pricing, the exhibitors and sponsors, the passes, the day itself.
Exhibitor
Takes a booth. Signing up, choosing a position, staffing it, capturing leads.
Sponsor
Buys a tier. What is bundled, what is exclusive, and what to check first.
Visitor
Attends. Passes, registration, and what exhibitors can see about you.
Seats are per show, not per account
One account can hold several — organiser of one show, exhibitor at another. See acting contexts.
At a glance
| Who runs it | A verified business, with a team it can grant specific permissions to |
| How a show progresses | Draft, review, open to exhibitors, onboarding closed, show days |
| Who can take part | Exhibitors, sponsors and visitors — each verified before they are in |
| Passes | Issued per person and scanned at the door, in kinds that carry different access |
| Where the money goes | Straight into the organiser's own payment account |
| What Bidancer takes | Nothing on tickets, booths or sponsorship |
What the platform actually does
A website for the show
On its own address, with your branding — and it changes what it sells as the show progresses.
Floor planning
Draw the hall, lay out booths, price by position, import the venue's own plan.
Categories and packages
Who may take part, on what terms, and at what price — including custom classes of participant.
Exhibitor management
Invitations, applications, verification and a roster that says who has actually paid.
Sponsorship
Tiers with their terms stated, sold through the platform rather than an email thread.
Passes and check-in
Entry policy, pass kinds, registration questions, and scanning at the door.
Your own payment gateway
Your account, your settlement, your receipts and tax. No commission.
Lead capture
Scanned badges that continue as real enquiries instead of a spreadsheet.
How this compares
Event platforms split along one line: discovery — being found by attendees — or ticketing — selling entry. Neither allocates an exhibition floor, onboards exhibitors and sponsors, or establishes who is standing in the hall.
This tool is the operational half. It does not try to be a global discovery directory, and listing on one remains worth doing. See Bidancer vs 10Times and vs Explara.
Two things neither of them does
Money settles into your gateway with no commission taken, and exhibitors and visitors are verified — so footfall counts known participants rather than badge scans at a door.
