Quick start
The shortest path from nothing to a published show, and the shortest path to taking part in someone else's.

Running a show
Verify and connect your payment account
Do these first. Nothing can be sold until money has somewhere to land, and it is the usual reason a show cannot be published on the day the organiser wanted. Payments and tax
Create the show
Name, dates, venue. It starts private and nobody else can see it.
Draw the floor and price it
Areas, then booths, then prices by position. Hold your best positions back from launch pricing. Floor plan and booths
Decide who can buy what
Exhibitor and sponsor categories, the packages inside them, add-ons and passes. Categories and packages
Build the public site and publish
The site goes live selling to exhibitors and sponsors. The show's website
Fill the floor
Invite your anchors, take applications for the rest, sell sponsorships.
Close onboarding
The site turns around to face visitors. Now sell tickets.
Run the day
Check people in, watch the floor, make sure exhibitors are capturing leads. On the day
Realistic lead time
Good halls on good dates go twelve to eighteen months ahead, and exhibitors budget a year out. The platform setup is an afternoon; the show is not.
Exhibiting
Find the show and start
You can see packages and the floor before creating an account.
Pick a package and a booth
From the live plan, so you can see what is left and who is near you.
Verify the business
A consent step if you are already verified here; otherwise done inside the flow.
Pay and get your passes
Straight to the organiser. Then order power and services early.
Capture leads at the stand
Scan visitors' passes. They continue as real enquiries afterwards. Leads
Sponsoring
Same flow, different inventory: choose a tier rather than a booth. Read the tier for what is bundled and what is exclusive before the price. Tiers and signing up
Attending
Register on the show's site, or claim a pass someone shared with you — that needs no account at all. Bring the code to the door. Registering and passes
Which seat am I in?
I am running the show
Settings, floor, exhibitors, sponsors, passes, the day itself.
I am taking a booth
Signing up, the booth, add-ons, passes and leads.
I am sponsoring
Tiers, what they include, and what to check before committing.
I am attending
Passes, registration, and what exhibitors can see about you.
