Bidancer Accessibility Statement
Version 1 · Effective from the date of publication
Knoxpo Solutions Private Limited ("Knoxpo", "we"), Surat, Gujarat, India, wants Bidancer to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a target we build and test against, not a claim of complete conformance today; the platform is under active development and conformance is ongoing work.
2. What we do
- Build interface components on accessible primitives with keyboard operability and visible focus states.
- Support light and dark themes with contrast-aware colour tokens.
- Use semantic structure (headings, landmarks, labels) so screen readers can navigate pages.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful imagery and text labels alongside icon-only controls.
- Review new interfaces against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria as part of building them.
3. Known limitations
Some areas may not yet meet our target, including complex interactive tools (for example the trade-show floor planner), third-party payment and verification screens rendered by our providers, and user-uploaded content such as listing images and documents, whose text alternatives depend on the uploader.
4. Feedback and help
If you hit an accessibility barrier on Bidancer:
- Email support@bidancer.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We acknowledge within 24 hours.
- If you are not satisfied with the response, escalate to the Grievance Officer: Nayan Hathiwala, grievance@bidancer.com, Knoxpo Solutions Private Limited, Surat, Gujarat, India. Complaints are resolved within 15 days or any shorter period prescribed by law.
We treat accessibility reports as defects: they are triaged and fixed with the same seriousness as functional bugs.
5. Review
This statement is versioned like our other policies and is reviewed as the platform evolves.
