Quick start
Raise your first enquiry, or set your business up to receive them well.
If you are raising an enquiry
Complete KYC
You cannot transact before verification. Individuals verify through DigiLocker or Aadhaar; businesses add PAN, GSTIN and constitution documents. See Verification and KYC.
Choose your seat
Raising as yourself, as your business, or as a sales agent changes who the counterparty sees. See Acting contexts.
Top up credits
Raising costs credits; see Costs.
Find the business and write the requirement
Structured fields, not prose. The more decision-ready it is, the more likely it is accepted — a business is choosing whether to spend credits accepting it.
Wait for acceptance
Your contact details are not visible until they accept. If they reject, or nobody decides by the response date, your fee comes back.
If you are receiving enquiries
Publish something worth enquiring about
Product signals, service signals or a franchise offering are what make your business findable with enough context to be contacted deliberately.
Keep credits available
Accepting costs credits. An empty wallet means enquiries expire while you watch them.
Assign a point of contact on acceptance
Every accepted enquiry gets one. This is the mechanism that stops an enquiry sitting in a shared inbox.
Respond
Rejecting costs nothing — a fast no is better than a slow nothing. Letting an enquiry lapse without deciding refunds the sender and marks your response score.
Both sides: close it and say how it went
Whichever side you were on, closing the enquiry asks you to rate the other party — and submitting that earns credits back into your wallet. Both sides earn, independently of each other.
It is the cheapest thing on the platform to do well, and it is what makes anyone else's rating worth reading. See Closing and ratings.
Writing a requirement people can price
The single biggest determinant of a useful reply is whether the requirement can be priced without a call. See How to write an RFQ.
Introduction
A structured enquiry from a verified sender to one chosen business, with contact details revealed only on acceptance and the fee refunded if it fails.
The four kinds
Product, service, general and franchise enquiries — what each one asks for, what it makes you fill in, and how to pick the right one so the business receiving it can answer without a call.
