The general details, workflow preferences, organiser mode and update history behind a business — what each controls and which changes are reviewed rather than applied instantly.
Settings are context-aware: acting for a business shows the business's settings, and acting as yourself shows your own. The same page, different subject.
General
The business's own details — trading name, industries and categories, where it operates, its public identity.
This is what buyers see when they arrive at your business rather than at one of your listings, so it is worth the same care as a listing itself.
Workflow
How work moves inside your business: how enquiries are handled, who they reach, and the routing that decides whose queue something lands in.
The setting exists because "everyone sees everything" scales to about three people. Beyond that, an unrouted queue is a queue nobody owns — see Assigning an owner.
Organiser
Appears only if your business organises trade shows, and only once that is switched on.
Turning it on adds an entire operational surface — shows, floors, exhibitors, sponsors, passes. It is off by default because most businesses do not run events, and a settings page full of things you will never use is a settings page nobody reads. See Trade Shows.
Language and region
Interface language and regional formatting, the same as on a personal account.
Notifications
Which channels reach the business, per category. In-app cannot be turned off; email and WhatsApp are yours to choose.

Update history
Every change to a verified business is recorded, and the material ones are reviewed before they take effect.
Why changes are reviewed
A verified identity that can be edited freely is not verified. The review is what keeps "verified business" meaning the same thing a month after approval as it did on the day.
The history shows what was requested, when, and whether it was approved or rejected — so a pending change is visible rather than silently absent.

Data and rights
In a business context this shows the business's own export rather than personal rights. Obligations run under the Indian DPDP Act and the GDPR.
